At Berserk Lab, we’re proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders.


Order Processing

Please allow 1–3 business days to process and dispatch your order after it’s placed. An order is considered dispatched once it’s transferred to the carrier and is in transit.

During peak periods and holidays, processing may occasionally extend beyond this window, but we aim to ship as quickly as possible.


Estimated Delivery Times

Once dispatched, most orders are delivered within 8–10 business days.

This delivery window applies to orders shipped to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia, New Zealand, and most other international destinations.

Note: Carriers may experience delays (weather, capacity, routing). For international shipments, unexpected customs processing can extend delivery times.


Tracking

A tracking link will be emailed once your order is dispatched. Tracking updates may appear with a short delay until the carrier scans the package at the next facility.


Duties & Taxes (International)

Import duties, taxes, and fees (including VAT) may be charged by your local customs office and are not included at checkout. These charges, if applicable, are the recipient’s responsibility.


Address Accuracy & Order Changes

Please ensure your shipping details are complete and accurate at checkout. Incomplete or invalid addresses may cause delays or cancellation.

If our system flags an address issue, we’ll email you within 3 business days to verify. If we don’t receive a reply within that window, we may cancel and refund your order.

Need to correct something? Email support@berserklab.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to help, but changes aren’t guaranteed once processing begins.


Delayed Delivery

We work hard to ship quickly, but delays can occur due to factors outside our control (severe weather, carrier disruptions, customs, payment/address verification). We’ll keep you updated whenever possible, but exact delivery dates can’t be guaranteed.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is handed to the carrier, it’s in their custody. If your tracking shows delivered but you didn’t receive it—or if it appears lost—please:

  • Check with neighbors/household and look for carrier delivery notices.

  • Contact the carrier to file a claim.

  • Email us at support@berserklab.com with your order number; we’ll assist and follow up with the carrier.

Berserk Lab isn’t responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit or after delivery, and such cases fall outside our refund policy. Depending on the situation and claim outcome, we may offer a replacement at our discretion.

Berserk Lab may modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. By purchasing from Berserk Lab, you agree to the most current version of this policy. We encourage you to review it periodically.
