At Berserk Lab, we’re committed to delivering products that work and a buying experience you can trust. We recommend using your product for at least 14 days before considering a return. If you’re not satisfied after 14 days and within our 60-day money-back guarantee, contact us at support@berserklab.com.

Cancellation & Order Changes

  • Changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.

  • After 24 hours, your order may already be processing and cannot be changed or canceled.

  • If you cancel within 24 hours, refunds are processed within 7 business days.

  • Returns are accepted after 14 days of use and within 60 days of delivery under our money-back guarantee.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

  • Order number, or

  • Name and email address used at checkout

We’ll provide return instructions once we locate your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

We consider an item “damaged” if it has a functional defect or arrives physically broken. Shipping box wear (e.g., dented outer packaging) with an intact product is not damage.

  • Report damage within 72 hours of delivery to support@berserklab.com.

  • Include clear photos of the product and packaging.

  • If approved, we’ll send a replacement at no cost.

  • We do not refund, replace, or accept returns for issues caused by normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Shipping & Delivery

We work hard to ship promptly, but we cannot be responsible for delays outside our control (couriers, customs, weather, or other carrier issues).

  • For delivery problems, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking details.

  • Lost, stolen, or delayed packages are not the responsibility of Berserk Lab.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • If an address is incorrect and we are not notified within 24 hours, you are not entitled to a resend or refund.
